Aleksandr Shulgin Free mockup · pay on acceptance

I build the digital side of your business.

A website, client bookings, a bot, reports that add themselves up, an assistant that answers for you at night. For your business and for yourself. If the question starts with "can this be done", usually yes.

A salon, an auto shop, a cafe, a store, a course, delivery, a solo tradesperson: anywhere there are clients and routine. And personal projects where there's no business at all.

You don't need a ready brief: just describe it in your own words, and I answer personally. Email works too

A human answers You write on Telegram, you talk to me, not a manager.

Almost anything you can explain in words can be turned into software. A website, a bot, a video, a report, an assistant that replies for you. If I can't take it on, I'll say so on day one, not a month in.

Why one person can handle this: AI writes the rough drafts, I set the task, review everything and answer for the result. Studio-scale output, but you talk to the person who does the work: no managers, no retelling.

Didn't find yours? That's usually how it goes. Describe in your own words what's eating your time, and I'll tell you if it's solvable. I take small jobs too: if it's a day of work, I'll say so, and it'll cost like a day, not like a project. Message on Telegram or email me.

If you already have a site, a CRM and staff, I'm not pitching a rebuild. Usually what's needed is connecting what already works: leads from different places into one inbox, exports and reports, an AI assistant on top of your documents. Tell me where things break down by hand, and I'll take a look and tell you honestly if it's worth automating.

How it works

No jargon and no ten-page briefs

  1. 1

    A conversation

Fifteen minutes, by chat or voice. You tell me what you do and what's getting in the way. I ask the questions, you don't need to know anything technical.

  2. 2

I show you how it'll look

A few days later I send a mockup or a working piece: with your own photos and text, not some generic example off the internet.

  3. 3

    We refine it together

You tell me what to change. I change it. That's part of the job, not an "extra service at an extra rate."

  4. 4

    I launch it

It goes live at your own address, works on phones, and requests come straight to you. I show you how to use all of it, in plain language.

  5. 5

    I stick around

Small fixes are free for a month after launch. After that, it's simple: you write, I answer.

Already know what you need? Write me a couple of lines, and I'll tell you how it's solved and how long it'll take.

How I work

Rules I don't bend on

Everything stays yours

The domain, the access, the files. No charge just for the site being online.

The price doesn't creep up

I name the number after we talk, before any work starts, and don't change it after.

I'll say so if it's not worth it

If a task won't pay off, or it's already solved for free, you'll hear that upfront.

Everything official

I'm a registered sole trader: contract and a tax receipt for every payment, card or invoice, whatever suits your bookkeeping.

What I've built

Frequently asked

What people ask before we start

How much does it cost?

The estimate and the mockup are free: you know the number before work starts, and it doesn't change after. I won't post a price list here, honestly: the same task described in words can be two days of work or a month. It's easier the other way around: tell me what budget you want to stay within, and I'll tell you what actually fits in it.

What will I have to pay later?

You don't pay me anything just for the finished work running: I don't charge a subscription. There are direct costs left over: the domain and hosting, and if it's a bot or an AI assistant, a server and the fee for calls to the model. I'll calculate what that comes to per month and tell you before we start, and you pay those directly, not through me. Small fixes are free for a month after launch, bigger changes we price separately.

I don't understand any of this technical stuff.

That's how it should be, that's my part of the job. All I need from you is a plain description of your business. I won't bring jargon into the conversation, and after launch I'll show you what to click.

How long does it take?

Simple things: a few days. A website: a week or two. Big automation projects: longer, but in stages, so you see progress instead of waiting in silence.

What if I don't like it?

The mockup doesn't commit you to anything. If you don't like it, we part ways and you pay nothing.

I don't have any photos or text.

That's normal. I'll write the text after we talk, and you'll edit it. For photos, I'll tell you what to shoot on your phone: that's almost always enough.

Who owns the finished work?

You do. The domain and access are registered in your name, I hand over everything. I don't hold the work hostage and I don't charge a subscription just for it running.

I'm somewhere else, does that get in the way?

No. I work with any location, we talk by chat or voice. Time zone differences are solved by messaging.

What about something you haven't done before?

I take it on if I can see how to do it well. If a task is beyond me, or it's cheaper to solve with an off-the-shelf service, I'll say so right away and point you to where to look.

Tell me what's eating your time

I'll tell you what's worth doing in your case, and what would just waste money. Even if you don't end up working with me.
