Code in 2–4 days.

Any web, AI or automation job becomes a clear order: scope, timeline and exact price are fixed in writing before the start, the result is checked against an acceptance criterion, and you keep the code and the rights.

What needs to be done?

Eight common entry points, and behind them, eleven sprints with fixed scope and a starting price.

Living Mascot

A living canvas engine: recolors for any brand through a single color config, follows the cursor, reacts to clicks, expresses 10 emotions and falls asleep when idle. Canvas 2D, zero dependencies, 6.9 KB gzip.

One tool, without unnecessary cloud

Qwerty Switcher is available for purchase and has passed a technical audit.

Qwerty Switcher

Switches already typed text between Russian and English keyboard layouts. All input is processed locally and never leaves the Mac; the license check sends only an anonymous device ID.

  • 400 automated core checks
  • 14-day trial, no card required
  • Key is locked to the device, reinstalling does not reset the term

The build is signed with a self-signed certificate: on first launch, right-click → Open. Apple notarization is in progress.

Qwerty Switcher is a public subscription product: a 14-day trial without a card, then a device-locked key.

Product sprints

Every sprint has boundaries: one concrete outcome, I verify it and hand it over. The exact price is set once the scope is fixed, and it does not change after that.

process and terms

How the work runs

Four steps, no surprises. Below are answers to what people usually ask before reaching out.

  1. We discuss the job. Telegram or email, you briefly describe what you need.
  2. We fix the scope. Input, output and acceptance check in writing, before any code. At this point I quote the timeline and exact price.
  3. The sprint. Usually 2–4 days. A progress check-in if the work runs longer than two days.
  4. Acceptance and handover. We check the result against the fixed criterion, and I hand over the code and setup instructions.
What does "from $X" mean, what is the exact price?

"From" is the price of the sprint's minimum scope. The exact number is quoted once the scope is fixed at step 2, and it does not change after that. If the job grows, we revisit the scope first, not the invoice.

How does payment work?

Discussed in chat: card, crypto or transfer. Usually part upfront, the rest on acceptance. The upfront part is due only after the scope and acceptance check are fixed in writing: you pay for an outcome both sides understand. For sprints up to $100, paying in full on acceptance is an option, with no upfront part at all. There are no payment buttons on the site yet, on purpose.

What if the result does not fit?

The acceptance check is fixed before the start; fit or no fit is checked against it, not against a feeling. If it falls short of the criterion, I finish the work within the sprint at no extra charge.

Who owns the code?

You do. I hand over the source and usage rights; Living Mascot ships under the license included in the package.
