Living Mascot
A living canvas engine: recolors for any brand through a single color config, follows the cursor, reacts to clicks, expresses 10 emotions and falls asleep when idle. Canvas 2D, zero dependencies, 6.9 KB gzip.
Any web, AI or automation job becomes a clear order: scope, timeline and exact price are fixed in writing before the start, the result is checked against an acceptance criterion, and you keep the code and the rights.
Eight common entry points, and behind them, eleven sprints with fixed scope and a starting price.
An interactive character for a hero, onboarding or a waiting state. It reacts to actions, not just moves.
Interactive Mascot · from $49 →Copy, structure, visual language, responsive layout and deploy: a page you can send to clients.
Landing Page · from $79 →A project from Cursor, Lovable or Bolt taken to production: audit, security, a proper deploy.
Vibe Code Rescue · from $119 →A chat widget on Claude or GPT trained on your materials, or AI-search visibility for your site.
AI Widget · Visibility · from $69 →One repeated process becomes a testable pipeline: data, LLM, a result delivered to Telegram.
Automation · from $89 →SSH, firewall, services, secrets and backups, with verification commands instead of a promise that everything is secure.
VPS Safety · from $49 →The agent already writes your code, but forgets context and breaks things nobody asked it to touch. I set up the harness: project rules, memory, gates on irreversible actions, verifiable handoff.
Agent Harness · from $290 →A personal content factory: one topic in the morning, posts on 5 platforms by evening. Mine runs every day, I'll set up the same one for you.
Content Factory · from $250 →The only self-service product in the store: source and build, you integrate it yourself, my involvement isn't required.

Qwerty Switcher is available for purchase and has passed a technical audit.
Switches already typed text between Russian and English keyboard layouts. All input is processed locally and never leaves the Mac; the license check sends only an anonymous device ID.
The build is signed with a self-signed certificate: on first launch, right-click → Open. Apple notarization is in progress.
Qwerty Switcher is a public subscription product: a 14-day trial without a card, then a device-locked key.
Every sprint has boundaries: one concrete outcome, I verify it and hand it over. The exact price is set once the scope is fixed, and it does not change after that.
I animate a character or build a code-native one: 4–6 states, interface reactions, mobile, reduced motion.
Offer, structure, visual language, responsive layout, deploy. Demo: Kratno ↗ Signal Studio ↗
Your product story in five chapters: a 24,000-particle scene reassembles as the visitor scrolls, at 60 fps on a phone. Live demo: open ↗
Polish for 5–8 micro-interactions on your site: hover, scroll reveals, transitions. Before/after is captured on video.
A 30-60 second promo built from your materials: kinetic titles, animated numbers, product shots, music. It's assembled by code, so re-rendering it with new numbers is one command, not a new order.
Core Web Vitals diagnosis and top fixes: images, fonts, blocking JS. Lighthouse report before and after.
Didn't find your task?
A project from Cursor, Lovable or Bolt taken to production: secrets, auth, errors, deploy to a real server. Sample report: open ↗
A turnkey bot: conversation logic, notifications, deploy. No monthly builder subscription, the code is yours.
A chat widget trained on your materials: answers on point, hands off hard questions to a human. With a monthly token cost estimate.
One manual process becomes a testable pipeline: data, cleanup, an LLM, a result in Telegram, a report or a spreadsheet.
llms.txt, JSON-LD, a machine-readable layer, and a check of how ChatGPT and Perplexity actually see the site. Honestly: readiness, not a guarantee of citation.
Scheduled data collection: a script, CSV, a spreadsheet or database, alerts on changes. Public sources only.
A live metrics panel from your sources: 1–2 connections, 4–6 widgets, auto-refresh, access by link.
SSH, firewall, binding, secrets, backups. Fixes come with commands that prove the configuration actually changed.
Three clips of 13 to 18 seconds. Each one is rendered from code: HTML, CSS and a paused timeline captured frame by frame, by the same engine you can commission for your own product.

Full-cycle developer: living canvas/WebGL engines, production pipelines, Linux infrastructure. From idea to production in one pair of hands, no managers and no hand-offs down a chain. The code is open and the portfolio is live: every word here is one click away from proof.
Four steps, no surprises. Below are answers to what people usually ask before reaching out.
"From" is the price of the sprint's minimum scope. The exact number is quoted once the scope is fixed at step 2, and it does not change after that. If the job grows, we revisit the scope first, not the invoice.
Discussed in chat: card, crypto or transfer. Usually part upfront, the rest on acceptance. The upfront part is due only after the scope and acceptance check are fixed in writing: you pay for an outcome both sides understand. For sprints up to $100, paying in full on acceptance is an option, with no upfront part at all. There are no payment buttons on the site yet, on purpose.
The acceptance check is fixed before the start; fit or no fit is checked against it, not against a feeling. If it falls short of the criterion, I finish the work within the sprint at no extra charge.
You do. I hand over the source and usage rights; Living Mascot ships under the license included in the package.
